Returns Policy – 90 Day Money Back Guarantee
TESTO offers a no-questions asked returns policy.
This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a refund, whether the bottles are full, half-used, or completely empty, simply return what you received within 90 days from the date of your purchase, and we will provide a refund, less a $10 processing fee.
Refund request process, please email support@testo.co.nz to advise of your intention to return a product before sending it.
All refunds are made by the same means as the payment of your original purchase.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process the transaction to your account once they have received the information from GOVITALIZE Limited.
You should receive your refund within two weeks of shipping your return, including the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), time for processing your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and time for your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
We are unable to provide a refund on products past their expiry date.

Please include your full name and address on the returned items and email your parcel tracking number to, support@testo.co.nz
IMPORTANT. All returned products must be addressed as set out below and include your name and address as sender. We would also welcome any comments you may wish to share upon returning your product(s).
